We deliver skid-mounted lube oil system according to API-614 or customer specifications, with pressurized or atmospheric oil reservoir.
Lube oil, seal gas and control systems are designed to provide pressurized lubricating oil to various types of industrial rotating equipment. Typically, these systems include pumps, heat exchangers, filters, controls and instrumentation. Built in a controlled fabrication environment, systems are mounted on structural steel bases designed for easy and safe transport to the plant site. This “modular” concept reduces start-up time and costs in the field and allows the end-user to take advantage of our OEM expertise and fixed costs.
We can supply skid mounted packages to include rotating equipment and its associated auxiliary systems.
Packages also can include large pumps, hydrocarbon turboexpanders, generators, and integrally geared turboexpanders or compressors. Typical Packages would include baseplate, mounting pads, piping, valving, tubing, electrical wiring, instrumentation and drive train components. Most packages are shipped as a turnkey system, which reduces field installation cost.
