Kimberle is responsible for cultivating a world-class experience for the employees of Nikkiso CEIG. Kimberle is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team and multiple internal business and Legal Boards.

With over 30 years of HR experience, I have spent most of my career as an HR leader within international organizations and have a passion for aligning HR strategy with business objectives to build a productive and engaged workforce.

Kimberle gained a BS in Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has an MBA from California State University, Los Angeles.
