Adrian Ridge is CEO and President of Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group — part of the Industrial Division of Nikkiso Co., Ltd. He was appointed on July 1, 2024, and his responsibilities include developing strategy and driving the financial and operational performance of Nikkiso CE&IG.

Ridge joined Nikkiso in 2020 as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations after 26 years of at Atlas Copco where he had most recently been President of the company’s Power and Flow division.

Over his career, Ridge has lived and worked in five countries, led organizational transformations, enterprise platform implementations, acquisition and partnership strategies, and supported product development.

Ridge has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Institute of Mine Mechanical and Mine, and an MBA in International Business from Durham University.
